How to Enable Camera and Location Settings on my device FAQ
Camera and location access must be enabled before starting Express Identity verification.
Our Express ID verification system required access to your devices' camera and location to verify your identity securely. These permissions are only used during the verification process and not accessed at any other time.
Important: Most devices block camera, microphone and location access by default for security reasons. The setup process to enable these varies depending on your device and browser.
