Resetting your Password Guide

This guide will step you through resetting your password.

1) Select the 'Login' button on the top right of cvcheck.com

2) Click on the link 'Forgot your password?' under the login button

3) Enter the email address you used to create your account

4) Click on the 'Submit' button

5) You will be sent an email with a temporary password. Use this to login and then change your password

If you wish to change your password when logged into your CVCheck account:

1) Login to your CVCheck Dashboard

2) Select 'Account Settings' on the menu, then 'Account' from the drop down menu

3) Follow the instructions ensuring your new password is at least 8 characters long and remembering it is case sensitive
