How do I find my results

This guide will step you through the steps to find the results of your verification.

We will send you an email as soon as a check is completed.

1) Click on the link provided in the email and log into your cvcheck account if you are not already logged in

2) Search on your dashboard for the relevant result, or just press the search button to show the status of all your ordered checks.

3) Select the document icon against the relevant result to view the result.

1. Login to your CVCheck account
2. Select ‘Orders’ on the menu and ‘Search results’ on the drop-down list
3. You can search results by:
   1. Created date (on, from, until, between)
   2. Applicant surname
   3. Order reference
   4. Check status
   5. Order type
4. Once you have entered your parameters select the green ‘Search’ box and the matching list will appear below the search criteria box

As soon as your check results are ready to view, you will receive an email to advise that your check results are ready for download as a PDF document from your CVCheck account dashboard.

Handy hint: Check your SPAM or Junk email folder for your CVCheck results notification email. The email subject will be "Order Complete".

On your PC or Laptop:

1. Login to your CVCheck account
2. Your results will be showing on your dashboard under 'Your Checks'
3. Select the 'Download' icon in the 'View Results' column
4. A new tab will open in your browser with the PDF of your results
5. To save a copy move your mouse to the top left and click the download icon
6. To print a copy move your mouse to the top left and click the print icon

On your mobile phone:

1. Login to your CVCheck account
2. Scroll down, your results will be showing on your dashboard under 'Your Checks'
3. Select the 'Download' icon on the 'View Results' line
4. A new tab will open in your browser with the PDF of your results
5. Use the save or copy function on your phone to save or copy the file to your phone

Please note you will need a PDF reader to download your check results.

1. Login to your CVCheck account
2. Under the "Order Results" tab on your dashboard are your most recent orders
3. Use the search function or scroll down to find the applicant
4. The "Final Results" button appears when the check is complete, click it to view and/or download the results

For older orders:

1. Select ‘Orders’ on the menu and ‘Search results’ on the drop-down list
2. You can search results by:
   • Created date (on, from, until, between)
   • Applicant surname
   • Check code
   • Order reference
   • Check status
   • Order type
3. Once you have entered your parameters select the green ‘Search’ box and the matching list will appear below the search criteria box 
4. If the results are complete a green ‘Final result’ button will show at the end of the check order, click on that and the result will download and open

Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks (including volunteer) will remain available for 3 months. All other checks will remain available for 6-12 months depending on conditions of the check.
