Order Status: "Ordered"

If Your Check Shows as "Ordered"

Good news - you may still be able to cancel!

• ✅ Full cancellation possible - if it hasn't started processing yet
• ✅ Refund available - minus $20 administration fee
• ✅ Can be processed through the system

How to Cancel at "Ordered" Stage

Order Status: "In Progress"

If Your Check Shows as "In Progress"

Limited options available:

• ⚠️ Already started processing
• ⚠️ Work has begun on your check
• ⚠️ Cannot be cancelled through the system
• ⚠️ Full refund not available due to processing costs

Options at "In Progress" Stage

You can still contact us, but with limited outcomes:
