ID Requirements for New Zealand Police Vetting
Kinatico CVCheck is an authorised provider of Police Vetting checks in New Zealand.
When ordering a Police Vetting check, you must upload scanned certified copies of your identity documents.

How to get documents certified:
Have your ID documents certified by any accredited provider.
Required Documents
You must provide ONE document from BOTH categories:
- ✅ 1x Category A document
- ✅ 1x Category B document
Name changes: If either document shows a previous name, you must also provide valid change of name documentation.

Important Reminders
Certification Required: All documents must be certified copies - original documents or uncertified copies will not be accepted
Document Quality: Ensure scanned copies are clear and all text is readable
Validity: Check that time-sensitive documents (like utility bills) are within required timeframes
Name Consistency: If names don't match across documents, change of name documentation is mandatory
Foreign Passports: Foreign passports are acceptable but must include valid NZ visa/permit documentation
